The villa has been completed in 2009 and has been constructed by French architects and designers from St Barts.

This beachfront property is approximately 3500 square feet and has a 3500 square feet outside wooden deck overlooking the sea and the island of St Martin.

The villa is rented with an option of 4 bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom :

* Three (3) bedrooms have king size beds.
* One (1) bedroom has two beds.
* Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The villa is also rented with the option of 6 bedrooms. The two additional bedrooms are connected and have one large bathroom for both and a large dressing room. They are just in front of the sea with their own wood deck and an immediate access to the beach. These 2 rooms are perfect for a family.

Below the swimming pool overflow, a small and separate sundeck, overlooking the sea, will guarantee your privacy.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen totally open on the outside wooden deck and on the large lunch deck. Guest will find refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave, gas cooktop, wine cellar, dishwasher and of course blender, toaster, coffee maker, bread machine, mixer... everything you need for a perfect vacation.

An organized laundry room is also equipped with large washer and dryer and of course iron and ironing board

In the TV and media room you will find a flat screen, a DVD Player, and a computer hard disc connected on the TV giving access to hundreds movies.
